Superseded by SMI-4884 — TypeScript 5→6 is a major bump and needs its own review surface (typecheck dry-run across the monorepo, eslint parser/plugin compatibility check). Closing the Dependabot PR; will land via SMI-4884. https://linear.app/smith-horn-group/issue/SMI-4884
