Unable to extract more than 100 posts using getDiscussionsByBlog

Expected behavior

I can download all resmoked content from my account. Either by specifying a large limit, or by iterating 100 posts at a time.

Actual behavior

There's a limit of 100 posts I can get from getDiscussionsByBlog.

How to reproduce

Try to specify a limit of 1000 posts, it will return an undefined response.

How can I work around this? Do I need to iteratively request my full account history and cherry pick the posts/resmokes, or do I need to use smoked/cli?

Will changing this 100 post limit to 5000 on a locally built smoked client work?
