Replay: Implement compact Goal Story UI with filters and evidence drill-down

Background & Problem Statement

Most goals are short. Replay must provide quick understanding without forcing users through verbose event logs.

Proposed Solution

Add Cockpit Replay / Goal Story view with compact timeline, phase grouping, filters, evidence links, and drill-down panel.

Requirements

• Default compact mode with important moments only.
• Expanded mode shows all derived events.
• Filters: decisions, validation, review, blockers, human input, follow-ups.
• Phase sections: Goal, Scope, Role timeline, Decisions, Validation, Review/Gates, PR readiness, Outcome, Follow-ups.
• Badges: durable, inferred, missing, stale.
• No execute/rerun controls.

Acceptance criteria

• User can open replay from goal/issue/PR view.
• Compact timeline is default.
• Evidence drill-down links back to GitHub issue/comment/PR/commit/check.
• Filters work without losing phase context.
• UI clearly says replay is read-only reconstruction.

Test plan

• Component tests for compact/expanded modes.
• Accessibility smoke tests for timeline controls.
• Privacy snapshot tests.
