Cockpit: apply AgentFlow SDLC brand, colors, and logo

Background & Problem Statement

Epic: #119

Cockpit currently uses a generic dark slate UI and does not yet use the AgentFlow SDLC brand from https://movetheneedle.info/agent-sdlc. The site references and positions AgentFlow around visible, reviewable delivery evidence.

Proposed Solution

Create a Cockpit visual design pass aligned with AgentFlow SDLC colors, logo, wording, and information hierarchy.

Requirements

• Use AgentFlow logo/asset or compatible packaged asset with license/ownership verified.
• Define design tokens for colors, typography, spacing, badges, evidence status, warnings, and phase state.
• Align copy with AgentFlow language: visible path, confidence, durable evidence, humans in control.
• Preserve accessibility contrast and keyboard navigation.
• Do not copy external site implementation; use brand principles/assets only if repository-owned or explicitly allowed.

Acceptance criteria

• Cockpit header includes AgentFlow SDLC identity/logo.
• CSS tokens reflect AgentFlow brand palette instead of generic slate-only theme.
• Evidence/status badges have accessible colors.
• Brand asset source and usage documented.
• Visual snapshot or smoke test covers branded shell.

Test plan

• Accessibility contrast check/manual review.
• UI smoke/snapshot for header and badges.
• Docs update with brand asset source.
