Cockpit Command Center: copy brand assets and implement design tokens #148

Description

@smota

Background & Problem Statement

Epic: #147

Cockpit visual identity is inconsistent with AgentFlow SDLC. It uses a fake AF mark and custom palette instead of local product assets and colors.

Proposed Solution

Copy owned AgentFlow brand assets from into the repo and implement shared design tokens/components.

Requirements

  • Copy needed resources from local site, especially and/or .
  • Use palette from site CSS: navy , teal , mint , coral , mist , ink , muted .
  • Replace fake AF mark with logo.
  • Define reusable tokens/classes for shell, cards, badges, buttons, attention states, health states, graph states.
  • Preserve accessibility contrast.

Acceptance criteria

  • Logo asset is repo-local and used in Cockpit shell.
  • Cockpit CSS uses AgentFlow palette tokens.
  • Status badges/buttons/cards use shared styles.
  • Contrast/accessibility review documented.
  • No external runtime asset references.

Test plan

  • UI string/snapshot tests for logo reference and token names.
  • Manual visual review.
  • Link/path validation for copied assets.

Workflow classification

UX/product UI issue.
