Background & Problem Statement

Epic: #147

The current issue detail uses and binary Evidence Health. It should reinforce AgentFlow role contributions and confidence instead of generic chronology.

Proposed Solution

Replace timeline framing with Role Flow Contributions and make Evidence Health a scored health check with explainable dimensions.

Requirements

• Rename/reframe SDLC Timeline to Role Flow Contributions.
• Role cards show contribution, evidence state, dependency, and not-needed/inferred/recorded states.
• Evidence Health has general score, grade, dimensions, and floating/detail panel explanation.
• Dimensions include scope, design, implementation, validation, review, follow-ups.
• Fail-safe copy avoids unless real system error.

Acceptance criteria

• Goal detail title and sections use goal language.
• Role Flow Contributions render instead of timeline.
• Evidence Health renders score + dimensions.
• Detail explanation is available for score composition.
• Tests cover recorded/inferred/not-applicable/not-recorded states.

Test plan

• Unit tests for health score dimensions.
• UI tests/snapshots for role flow and health check.
• Accessibility review for score colors and detail panels.
