Background & Problem Statement

Epic: #147

After the Goal Command Center redesign, docs and validation need to confirm the Cockpit conveys AgentFlow values: goals, flow, confidence, next action, evidence, and follow-ups.

Proposed Solution

Update Cockpit docs, run UX QA, and record validation evidence.

Requirements

• Update docs/cockpit.md and QA docs for Goal Command Center concepts.
• Add a manual UX checklist: user can answer what goal needs attention and why within one screen.
• Validate brand asset usage and accessibility.
• Validate tests for goal model, dashboard, role flow, health, graph, fail-safe states.
• Record follow-ups for deferred UI polish.

Acceptance criteria

• Docs describe Goal Command Center and concepts.
• Manual UX checklist exists.
• Test commands pass.
• Product/UX review evidence recorded.
• Parent Epic: Reframe Cockpit as AgentFlow Goal Command Center #147 can be closed after children complete.
