Cockpit readiness: make role flow completion primary and evidence secondary

Background & Problem Statement

Evidence is currently too prominent. Users need to know phase/role completion first, then inspect evidence as proof.

Proposed Solution

Refine Role Flow Contributions so each role has a status and supporting evidence detail.

Requirements

• Role statuses: complete, skipped-by-path, not-applicable, not-started, needs-attention, blocked, error.
• Evidence shown in drill-down/detail behind status.
• Replace noisy evidence-source badges with proof/source detail only when useful.
• Copy explains skipped roles and score impact.

Acceptance criteria

• Goal detail leads with role status, not evidence labels.
• Supporting evidence visible on expansion/detail.
• or storage-source badges are removed from primary role flow UI.
• Skipped role shows reason and no score penalty.

Test plan

• UI tests for role status states.
• Copy review for evidence terminology.
