After adding path-aware readiness and version lens, docs and QA must explain phase completion vs evidence, skipped roles, scoring, and version state.

Proposed Solution

Update Cockpit docs, QA checklist, and validation evidence.

Requirements

• Explain evidence as supporting proof behind phase/role completion.
• Explain selected path/profile/risk and skipped-role handling.
• Explain Readiness Health scoring and denominator.
• Explain Version/Release Lens.
• Update manual QA checklist with bounded, standard, high-assurance, and awaiting-release scenarios.

Acceptance criteria

• Docs updated for new concepts.
• QA checklist covers skipped role no-penalty behavior.
• QA checklist covers version/release lens.
• Product copy review completed.
