[Update] Supporting Ubuntu 22.04LTS for Hypatia

Hypatia is an excellent tool! However, during my usage, I encountered a few issues:

Specifically, when running it on an Ubuntu 22.04 LTS virtual machine, I observed an error #12

I understand that this may be due to differences in the compiler version and other related factors. As a workaround, I was able to reproduce the results and figures from the original paper by using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (g++-9) and Python 3.8.10.

But I think that would be more like a patch rather than a solution. Is there any plan for Hypatia to be updated to support Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, or if there are any suggestions for updating :))

Any advice would be greatly helpful!
