So instead of "hntop" and "qntop" links, we just have a top link "click on the icon". But then below these links we have an option to choose the algorithm: HN or QN. Also we can add a switch to remove penalties. This applies both to both the HN and QN ranking algorithm: for the HN ranking algorithm we calculate just rank based on the ranking score.
