Async::Limiter issues

I encountered HTTP headers as described in draft-ietf-httpapi-ratelimit-headers and want to use Async::Limiter to help with handling them. But Async::Limiter hasn't been updated in a few years.

Please open Github issue tracking for socketry/async-limiter so we can start on fixing it up.

Thanks I didn't realise this was the case, fixed it now.

Also, we are just now working on a native feature to Falcon for request rate limiting. Not sure if it would suit your situation but once the PR is up, I'll mention you.

Thank you for your work on Async::Limiter and Falcon::Limiter.

I will try using Async::Limiter together with Async::HTTP on the client end.
