Enable Text Truncation When readOnly Mode Is Enabled

When readOnly mode is enabled in EnrichedTextInput, the component does not support text truncation.

I don't think that's something we consider as an EnrichedTextInput functionality.

We plan to create EnrichedText component used just for displaying content created by EnrichedTextInput, such component should definitely support text truncation

Closing this one. Instead of providing truncation for text input we will provide EnrichedText component used for displaying content with truncation support
