1. Create S3 bucket named "qa01_profile_pictures"
2. Make it world readable
3. Make it writable by app_servers only

Create a SG for redis, configure it to allow connections only from "app_servers" SG

Also let's see if we can pass a variable called "env_name" to TF and substitute in names of all resources for example name of the S3 can be "%env_name%_profile_pictures" same goes for other resources
