- move pnpm overrides and onlyBuiltDependencies from package.json into pnpm-workspace.yaml
- add workspace overrides for monaco-editor>dompurify and brace-expansion plus allowBuilds for @parcel/watcher and esbuild
- bump packages/scripts TypeScript devDependency to ^6.0.3
- refresh pnpm lockfile to reflect updated dependency resolution
