Unable to run program (says python not found)

The error specifically says as below:
Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

I have installed the latest version of python, and in app execution aliases it says that python.exe and python3.exe are on.

In admin command prompt I have also tried:
python -m pip install mitmproxy

Unfortunately it hasn't been working, and I have also tried to download the videos manually to no success.
Please help. Attached what I have tried so far.
