To-do items :

• Put appropriate catalog row and observation text warnings on the detail page
  • document the catalog row and observation tests (may be self-documenting with above item)
• fix mica guide stats issues especially missing data and observations where all stars show low fraction
• create mica fid stats to remove sybase dependency
• put name hrefs on detail page to link directly (on a guide, fid, acq warning for example)
• improve titles / templates on detail and main page
• improve layout of detail page so it fits on Tom's 16" macbook widescreen
• consider a system for archived weekly reports and navigation between them (for now doing the last week and the last quarter as two separate reports)
• email warnings on new entries in the table with interesting warnings
• try to remove duplication in layout/formatting code for the star catalogs and the full top-level table

I think these are mica guide_stats issues but might as well track them here too.

• Guide reporting, use a local plate scale correction to have a corrected f_within_3/5 . Probably want to highlight with fraction_5 raw or fraction_3 corrected.
• Also make those f_within_x to be box based

• For the acquisition failure red highlighting, stop highlighting in red things that have "known" reasons such as ion radiation, saturated pixel, and acquisition anomaly. Allow it to be red for did not track or star, imposter in the box.

• For the acquisition table, number of previous acquisitions and failures. Color and supplement information could belong in more columns.
