Even though I thumbed-up this, seeing it again in AUG2919, I just find it confusing to even have the message at all. When I see non-standard dither then I stare at the dither parameters to see what is non-standard about them. I think that non-standard dither should refer only to the parameters during guide.

I would vote to make non-standard dither be INFO as long as it is a "standard" non-standard dither. The info messages about big dither are useful, but there is no need for "caution" about big dither from the ACA perspective.
