What is purpose of git/Sourcegraph-Bot?

I am a sysadmin for many sites one of which is savannah.gnu.org. Looking at today's top 10 IP addresses interacting with the server has git/Sourcegraph-Bot in the tenth spot. What is the purpose of git/Sourcegraph-Bot?

This is a documentation issue because it is not clear from the user-agent string. The user-agent string could point to a page of your doc with the answer.
