\Find-MailboxDelegates-Permissions.csv file not found

Using Exchange 2010 Powershell session with an account with appropriate permissions. This message appears nearly instantly after execution. Execution of command:

.\Find-MailboxDelegates.pS1 -FullAccess -SendAs -SendOnBehalfTo -Calendar -EnumerateGroups

which references no files and the directory where this PS script is located the user have full access.

I figured it out. I did have Powershell 3.0 installed but I needed to execute powershell -version 3.0 before the script would execute properly
