Contributers and map authors modal for the map viewer #11
Description
The modal should open when an info button at the bottom right of the page gets clicked.
The modal should contain a list of contributors to SS14.MapViewer and SS14.MapServer as well as the authors of the currently viewed map.
The entries should have a link to the gh profile
