Wrong list of packages, when reviewer are called in comments

In https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/47061 spackbot posted the following comment:

The comment is very confusing, and doesn't associate maintainers correctly to their packages:

- `byrnHDF` is the maintainer of `hdf5`
- `bozbez` is the maintainer of `mgcfd-op2`
