Proposal: render annotations with a distinct style instead of service blocks

First off — thanks for this library, it's excellent. The shape coverage and output
quality have been genuinely useful. One small suggestion on how annotations are rendered.

Current behavior

Annotations / legend entries are rendered as service blocks — visually identical
to real service nodes, so they read as part of the architecture:

Proposed

Render them as a visually distinct element (plain label / callout / legend box), e.g.:

Why

When a note is styled exactly like a service box, readers parse it as an extra
component of the system — especially confusing in dense diagrams. Keeping "what
the system contains" visually separate from "notes about the diagram" makes the
output much easier to scan.
