Got it working on Windows

I did not see another appropriate place to put this where it wouldn't get lost in the clutter, so feel free to move if appropriate.

I did get this working on Windows with only a minimum of fuss. I use to to back up my live Linux server and deploy on Windows for development, so it was important to me to try and get it to work. Here is my Windows stack:

Here is what I found:

1. I had to enable the php_zip extension but I'm using the version that came with PHP.
2. No matter what values for compression_method or compression_level, I seem to end up with CM_STORE 0, or no compression. See this user note here #128185
3. I first thought only the database file was being archived, but the size of the zip file was 30Mb so I kept checking. It turns out the Windows folder compression functionality does not permit viewing of any of the archive contents except the db-dump/xxx.sql file. I suspect it has to do with the recursive adding, perhaps the use of the yield keyword on Window.. However, if the archive was opened with 7-Zip, either from terminal or with the GUI, all the files were present.
4. Works the same on Linux except when I download the archive to Windows, I can see the entire zip contents via Explorer.

So for those who would like to use this to view their live site downloaded locally to Windows, I encourage you to not give up. Its working just fine for me now.
