Is this package compatible with laravel 9 ?

Trying to install this package, but composer complains about a dependency that requires illuminate/contracts:^10.0.

So i was wondering if this package is still compatible with Laravel 9 as stated here.

Trying to install at Laravel 11 but with the same issue as well
