Support getting AWS configuration from runtime config #52
The Spin SQS Trigger expects the following AWS configuration variables to be set in the environment at start up:
AWS_DEFAULT_REGIONAWS_ACCESS_KEY_IDAWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEYAWS_SESSION_TOKENCould these instead be grabbed from the runtime config file?
