[Feature Request] retry failed downloads using the file generated by the export failed downloads button

Description

An easy way to retry downloads could be a fetch feature that uses the file generated by the export failed downloads button in the queue (maybe also add a setting to auto export this list?)

maybe in the tools tab could be a import failed download list function
