Support for MCP prompt templates and resource

Hello-hello,

Do we have support for MCP resources and prompt templates in Spring AI? There's @tool annotation:
https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-ai/blob/main/spring-ai-model/src/main/java/org/springframework/ai/tool/annotation/Tool.java, but I can't find the corresponding @resource or @template.

There is an implementation in https://github.com/spring-ai-community/mcp-annotations, but that's not part of the core Spring AI. Any plans to provide the corresponding functionality as part of the Spring AI?
