Feature Request: Add setting to wrap lines

Wrap lines longer than a certain number of characters

Why do you want this feature?
Our team want to limit sprawl across the page. Our guidelines say preferably wrap at 80, always before 100.
Terminals are wider now, but often you are in an IDE pane or looking at code within the database itself, so shorter helps.
I have seen https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=bradymholt.pgformatter has such a setting and a separate one for comments (which might be useful if there was a ridiculous link you wanted to include, or if you are happy for end-of-line comments to stretch out.
