Message prompt for balance limit is very dominant

As you can see on the image above, the message in the grey area is very dominant, and if the client has more of 3 accounts enabled without credit cards, it will appear in 3 separate occasions on the same screen.

I believe there are 2 ways we can go in order to solve this:

1. Enable a function that it appears once on the first time the user views his accounts and then he can enable it through other screens, or it can appear on a specific time span like once a month.
2. We can find a lighter color for its background, and a smaller font size if the first solution is difficult for implementation.

Either way I think we must change the background color of this prompt - like #FAFAFA (Grey / 50)
