[Bug] What is the Rank?

I am getting this email but there is no explanation about what it is or how it is generated.

Hey @Mte90, the rank is your global position in Git City based on total contributions. It's recalculated periodically across all developers in the city. You can see it on your profile page (e.g. thegitcity.com/dev/Mte90) and on the leaderboard.

The welcome email mentions it when your building first goes live — something like "You're developer #1234." It just means your position relative to everyone else in the city, sorted by contributions.

Hope that clears it up! If you think the email should explain this better, happy to improve the copy.
