ALT/AST state not consistent across studies

If you choose AST/ALT on Mortality, then go to ARDS Death, it doesn't stay checked. It's because they are stored as 3 different states. Minor issue that's not too noticeable, but would be nice to fix.

Perhaps similar: If someone answers the extra questions in ARDS it should translate to ARDS Death and vice versa.

Almost fixed, or rather minimized. On Mortality, if you click ALT > 40 and you go to ICU, ALT/AST is not already clicked. Since ICU is first and Mortality is last in the studies, it's a smaller chance someone would go through this flow. Still good to fix, less of a priority.
