feature to add notes against subtasks

Feature request:

Should have a option of "add note" in the sub task table against each subtask , on click there must be a module to add notes to that subtask once a note is given , the button must change to view note , and on click must again have a module with the note on it .

This would give a better idea about the work and also help to jot down important points .
