Hi @DeanOrnys , Pi should work with Windows, if you go to Settings -> Agents -> Installed, it should show Pi as one of the options. You can set it as your default agent from there

I have this, this is not working as agent. This working as terminal. No notifications, no subtabs, no integration with orca

@Jinwoo-H i was having a similar problem maybe a hooks package for orca hooks could help in pi or pi based other harnesses

Fix: Orca agent-status not showing for Pi panes

Root cause: Orca's PiTitlebarExtensionService writes the bundled orca-agent-status.ts extension into the per-PTY overlay directory only.
Pi loads extensions from its global home (~/.pi/agent/extensions/) at startup. The overlay copy never gets loaded → no POST /hook/pi
events → dashboard falls back to terminal-title heuristics (broken status).

Fix — copy the 3 overlay extension files into the global Pi extensions directory:

  $overlay = "$env:APPDATA\Orca\pi-agent-overlays\*\extensions"
  $dest = "$env:USERPROFILE\.pi\agent\extensions"
  Copy-Item "$overlay\orca-agent-status.ts"   $dest
  Copy-Item "$overlay\orca-titlebar-spinner.ts" $dest
  Copy-Item "$overlay\orca-prefill.ts"          $dest
