Describe the bug
If filter is eo:cloud_cover > 95, the return result is empty. However, if query is {"eo:cloud_cover": {"gt": 95}}, the result is normal

We also encountered this issue. For example:

The following doesn't work in STAC FastAPI OS:

***/search?collections=sentinel-1-mosaic&filter=product:type=%27S1SAR_L3_DH_MCM%27

Even setting the filter-lang=cql2-text doesn't help, even though it's supposed to be the default query language.

Only cql2-json works:

***/search?collections=sentinel-1-mosaic&query=%7B%22product:type%22:%20%7B%22eq%22:%20%22S1SAR_L3_DH_MCM%22%7D%7D
