When making profile settings changes, I often find myself returning to SN and realizing my settings changes were not saved.

There is currently a "save" button at the bottom of a long list of profile settings, which is easy for stackers to overlook (especially on screens where the full list of settings gets cut off).

The location of the "save" button is especially concerning with the release of zap undos, as stackers may believe they have enabled zap undos in their settings only to realize (after zapping someone) that their settings were not saved.

Describe the solution you'd like
To fix this problem, the "save" button should be removed from the profile settings page, and any changes that a stacker makes to their profile settings should automatically trigger a text box to be displayed that says "your settings have been saved".

This simplifies the profile settings page layout and gives stackers the certainty that all their profile settings changes were saved.
