KCS + GlusterFS setup wizard — post-install GUI configuration

After bare metal services are up, user should be able to:

1. Open Man Cave setup wizard
2. Configure Kansas City Shuffle (SSH ring bus):
   • Add machines by IP/hostname
   • Test SSH connectivity
   • Exchange keys
   • Verify ring bus
3. Configure GlusterFS pool:
   • Select brick directories
   • Create/join volume
   • Mount and verify
4. Nice explanations at each step
5. Only shows when services are detected as running
6. KCS panel hidden until SSH mixer is configured

Same pattern: set it up at install, or set it up later from the Man Cave.
