Support for React 19

I went through the effort of modernizing the Isoflow react codebase and porting it to React 19. It works perfectly in all my tests, and I was curious if you folks would be interested in merging efforts.

The diff (mmastrac/isoflow@05a588d) looks big at first glance, but it's mostly a lot of mechanical translation.

Unfortunately due to a small snafu with git locally I ended up with an unrelated (but useful) change to fix the tendency for the isoflow editor to grab capture over the whole screen, but it's possible that change could be backed out carefully.

If there's any interest in merging the forks, let me know.

hey @mmastrac thank you so much for doing this, I would definitely be interested. I've unfortunately for you just done a huge moving around of everything so we now have one repo for everything (finally). If you're up for it feel free to submit an updated PR and I will be more than happy to get it pushed this week.

At some point I'll be able to get around to this as it would allow me to use the new features from FossFLOW but I need to find some time.
