The documentation readme on running the TPU vm using docker works well except it doesn't mention that after setting up GCP the user should also run the following so permissions are propagated to docker for GCP

gcloud auth configure-docker [us-central2-docker.pkg.dev](http://us-central2-docker.pkg.dev/)

update change the command above and run it for ALL RELEVANT REGIONS
