[Feature] : Add Nebius Ai Studio Models Support

What feature would you like to see?

It currently supports multiple LLM providers out of the box. It would be great to add Nebius AI Studio as an additional provider.

Nebius AI Studio offers:

• High-performance LLMs with low-latency streaming
• Tool calling support
• Competitive pricing and scalability
• Compatibility with OpenAI-compatible APIs (making integration straightforward)

This would give developers more flexibility and allow them to try Nebius models alongside other providers already supported.

Additional Context

I've implemented one example by changing api_base, but it would be great to have a direct integration.

We use LiteLLM to support multiple LLM providers. It seems Nebius is supported by LiteLLM (https://docs.litellm.ai/docs/providers/nebius), so I believe you can use DSPy with Nebius out of the box.
