[Feature] GEPA optimize field descriptions

What feature would you like to see?

As far as I can tell, GEPA currently only optimizes the signature.instructions.

It might also be helpful to let GEPA find suitable fields desc's. Ideally, this would recursively apply to pydantic fields as well, if pydantic types are used in the signature.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can work on extending GEPA to optimize field descriptions as well, including recursive handling for Pydantic models.

Would you like this to live in the existing optimizer class, or should I create a separate helper for field desc generation?

I am currently working on integrating the tool description optimization PR #8928. Once that is finalized, we should have a good blueprint for adding this too. The PR is almost ready btw!
