Check Sierra composition in tests that involve Cairo to Sierra compilation

Because tests that involve Cairo to Sierra compilation check Native behavior for different libfuncs (or libfunc combinations), it would be nice if those tests also check that the corresponding generated Sierra includes the libfuncs to test.

This change would force us to maintain those tests up to date with the potential changes in the Cairo to Sierra compiler.
