Login doesn't work, doesn't redirect to admin panel.

Hi,

I'm new to statamic. I managed to do a small laravel app, but want to try statamic for website projects.
I installed my laravel project as usual "curl -s "https://laravel.build/example-app" | bash".
Starting it with sail. Then I followed the instructions for storing users in files:

I created a users, I can see the user. I cleared the config. I try to login, and nothing happens.
If I enter a wrong password, it is shaking. I guess it's says it's the wrong password :D.

Now i don't know how to go forward :(.
