Reward/Withdraw tabs are broken in "Thank you" state

After sending Kudos, when the "Thank you" view is show, both tabs "Reward" and "Withdraw" seem to be broken. Clicking on them simply refreshes the current view instead of navigating to the view one would expect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Send kudos to one of your lovely colleagues
2. Wait for transaction to be confirmed
3. You're now in the "Thank you" view, try getting into Reward/Withdraw view by clicking the tabs
