This PR implements issue(s) #78
This removes the requirements of leave on stakemanager, now it does not require its not paused. However, internally it checks for paused, and if is not paused, it perform addtional actions to recieve rewards (if any). IF paused, the leaving user would not get unclaimed rewards.
