Review one recent Java/Kotlin OSS issue candidate that may fit Career Feed's beginner-friendly OSS policy.

Context

Career Feed does not auto-comment, auto-assign, change labels, or open pull requests on external repositories. Candidate review is advisory and must stay safe.

Suggested work

• Find one recent open issue in a Java/Kotlin backend-related repository.
• Check created_at, assignee status, linked work, beginner-friendly labels, and contribution type.
• Compare the candidate against docs/kr/policies/oss-candidate-policy.md or docs/en/policies/oss-candidate-policy.md.

Acceptance criteria

• The issue URL and repository URL are public.
• The candidate has recent created_at evidence or a clear reason it should not be recommended.
• The review notes whether there is an assignee, linked PR/branch, or maintainer/contributor claim.
• No external repository is modified.
