QoL: brew distribution for Intel Mac

To start things: I am aware of issue #52.

Given that app runs very well on Mac Intel with Sequoia (iMac 5K 2020), and that you are actively developing it 👍, it is a bit of a pain to pull it and recompile it.

Would you consider shipping the Intel version of the app via brew? that would be a time saver for all of us still working on Intel Macs.
