Expose Webhook endpoints that various services can tie into to trigger project actions #962
Description
The primary use case for this feature would enable automatically pulling changes from Source files from locations such as GitHub. More complex workflows could be established with the help of other tools like Zapier.
This issue is very early in its conception and will need defining:
- the expected workflows and user interfaces
- the available actions that can be triggered
