[Doc-Enhancement]: Add Lido Mainnet Section to CSM Operator Guide #54

I think it would be benefical to have a section in the CSM guide to get the necessary infos for the Mainnet & what to check for, if one wants to know if their configuration is correct
Reason for the enhancement
The CSM mainnet preset is now live on Stereum :D

- Different Withdrawal Address to set in Key Guide
- Add Referal Link for Mainnet
