Suggestion: Use cases for "next" and "prev"

Some use cases for the "next" and "prev" commands when not using "--edit" would be helpful. I think I understand them at the surface level, but not sure of practical use cases.

The edit workflow makes more sense to me, so I have been using them exclusively in edit mode.

Overall enjoyed the guide.

I don't really use these commands, so I don't have a great intuition for when they're useful. Maybe someone who does can leave some suggestions here!
